The body is always talking to us. Most times it whispers, but sometimes it starts to scream and nag in the form of chronic pain, misalignment or fatigue. What is the body trying to tell you? What are its secrets? Its stories? Writing the Body will have you diving deep into your own vessel and writing from the inherent wisdom that lives within.
This class will combine gentle Antigravity aerial and mat yoga poses, meditation, and sound healing to connect you deeply to your body. Once you are in a specific pose, a writing prompt will be offered for you to write from that sacred space.
