Floating Yoga Nidra @ Movement Lab

Yoga Nidra, also known as yogic sleep, is the deeply relaxed state where the practitioner is led into their own internal landscape in order to not only relax but to ease tension, anxiety, depression and any physical ailments that may be present. In the liminal space, where the consciousness is between waking and sleeping, healing can occur.

It is also said that 30 minutes of Yoga Nidra is equivalent to two hours of restful sleep.

In Floating Yoga Nidra, you will be cocooned in the AntiGravity® Harrison Hammock and led into deep relaxation.

There will also be sound healing from crystal singing bowls and the potential/option for journaling any realizations or releases, so please bring a journal if you choose to.

Collective Healing Special Edition! @ Movement Lab

Throughout the year, mile markers pop up to help us remember not only what is important to us but who we really are. When we near the end of the year, we tend to take stock of the quality of our lives. This is a beautiful opportunity to gently craft intentions for the year ahead. But to do that, we must first create space.

Each Collective Healing session offered in 2019 was about somehow returning our bodies, minds, and spirits to align with our natural states of equilibrium, thus redefining how we want to show up in this world. And now, with our last session of the year, we have the opportunity to go even deeper.

This Special Edition is about bringing keen awareness to habitual patterns that show up in our lives, about transmuting anything that is truly ready to be released and allowing us to make space for anything new that wants to come in.
