Explore the evolution of yoga into three-dimensional space using the Harrison AntiGravity® Hammock. This yoga prop acts as a soft trapeze that will support you through simple techniques to advanced poses. This practice is a full mind, body and spirit workout. Explore levitating meditation, flying asanas and vinyasa variations. Benefits include the increase of muscle flexibility and strength, joint mobility, hydration of vertebral discs, a deeper state of inner awareness, and an increase of self-esteem through conquering basic fears! And that’s just the beginning!

Can you imagine being a cast member of Cirque du Soliel? Well, now’s your chance! In Christopher Harrison’s AntiGravity® Fundamentals, you can try several styles of exercise, from the “Decompression Session” to “Aerial Fitness,” while experiencing the sensation of flying. Supported by the hammock (that holds up to 1,000 pounds), Fundamentals offers the benefits of decompression from inverting the body, along with building strength, conditioning, advancing agility and coordination, as well as deep stretching and massage of muscles, tissue, and the body’s spirit!

For all AntiGravity® classes, doors will be closed 5 minutes before class starts and students will not be allowed in the room.
